Knowledge exchange across companies and industries is a core element of our work. With our Industry Exchange Groups, we create structured, research‑driven platforms where practitioners and academics come together to discuss challenges, share successful practices, and jointly shape the future of operations. As a university research group, we combine scientific rigor with practical relevance, enabling deep, cross‑organizational learning.
We offer two types of exchange formats:
I. Exchange groups with predefined focus topics and industries
Our established exchange groups bring together experts from multiple companies to work on clearly defined themes. Each group meets several times per year for structured workshops, keynote presentations, expert discussions, and site visits. We take care of organizing, moderating, and facilitating the events so participants can fully focus on knowledge exchange.
2. Flexible, consortial exchange formats with thematic co‑creation
We also facilitate exchange groups based on company interest. Together with participating organizations, we define the topic, structure the meetings, and create a tailored environment for cross‑industry learning.
