Together with our partners, we are developing innovative approaches for managing global production networks. The project focuses on how these networks can be further developed and effectively governed in an increasingly volatile and uncertain environment. By combining academic insights with the practical experience of our industry partners, we create a strong foundation for exchange, analysis, and conceptual advancement.
In the first project phase, we focus on the “Strategy Layer”. We analyze external uncertainties as well as the existing production strategies of the participating companies. The goal is to build a shared understanding of the key challenges and derive strategic guidelines for adaptable global production networks.
