We work across a broad range of projects:
- Publicly funded projects, including consortium collaborations with partners such as Innosuisse, INOS, or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
- Individual company projects on topics such as footprint and site planning in global production networks, industrial services, operational excellence and performance management, quality culture, compliance, and digitalization
- The Swiss Manufacturing Survey has provided annual insights into the evolution of Switzerland’s manufacturing landscape since 2017, complemented since 2019 by the Swiss Manufacturing Award, which recognizes one company each year for its outstanding contribution to Swiss manufacturing.
