As a leading research institute in Operational Excellence (OPEX) within the pharmaceutical industry, we have been conducting research and industry projects since 2004. Our work is built on four pillars:

• Site‑based benchmarking of pharmaceutical and MedTech production, pharmaceutical quality control, and pharmaceutical quality assurance
• Industry exchange groups on pharmaceutical production, pharmaceutical quality control, and production systems
• Applied industry projects that combine academic insights with data‑driven consulting
• Research funded by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, including studies conducted as part of the Quality Metrics Initiative
