In our research group, we place great importance on a vibrant and supportive office culture. Regular strategy days help us define research priorities and develop shared goals. We also encourage academic exchange through our research colloquium, where we discuss ongoing projects and learn from one another.
Equally important to us is building a strong sense of community. Social events such as our ski weekend, escape room outings, and annual Christmas party create opportunities to connect beyond day‑to‑day work. We also maintain a broader exchange with the PhD student community at the University of St.Gallen, the DocNet, fostering interdisciplinary perspectives and networks.
