The PSCM Advisory Board serves as a technical advisory sounding board for the institutes. It consists of experts from business, science, politics, and public institutions. In particular, the Advisory Board provides technical advice and can be consulted on strategic issues.

At the same time, the Advisory Board acts as the Advisory Board of the Institute of Technology Management and as the board of the Foundation for the Promotion of Technology Management, Technology Policy and Technology Transfer.
